Miss Steel (Judy Steel) has an electrical fault in her apartment and has called in the electrician (Rudy Vallance) He duly arrives and gets to work. He gets to work to fix the problem and Miss Steel leaves him to attend to other business.

During her absence the visiting electrician decides to see if there's be anything he could swipe while he's in the apartment. He eventually finds a wallet in a drawer and pops it in his tool kit. Later, when its time to pay her bill, the lady goes to find the wallet which of course she can't. The game is soon up and the young electrician, rather than have the Police attend, decides to do whenever the lady decides.

This will be a session of discipline the like of which she's not experienced since he was a young boy. A good spanking on his bare bottom and a set of stinging whacks from her heavy kitchen ladle!!
