This agreement herein represents a complete agreement and understandings between STG Pictures Ltd (hereinafter known as Sting Pictures or Hornet Pictures), its Members, affiliates, owners, and managers, and the account holder (hereinafter "User"). This agreement supersedes all other written and oral agreements. The Terms and Conditions of Use ("TOS") may be modified by STG Pictures Ltd by notice published on-line at: www.stingpictures.tv

Failure to so notify STG Pictures Ltd and use STG Pictures Ltd services and access of the site shall constitute your agreement to these terms and conditions of use. Violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use may result in the termination of your account.

The contents of any files, images, or other materials accessed by the User through STG Pictures Ltd do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of STG Pictures Ltd No inference regarding sexual orientation or sexual activity may be made from the appearance of any person and/or model in any image obtained through this service.

I agree that by purchasing this download I will save the file to my computer and also back it up where necessary as lost digital content can be re issued but for a fee to cover the bandwidth costs'. The additional downloads are there for if you have a problem with your internet connection.

1. Certain material available on the Internet through Sting Pictures or Hornet Pictures may not be suitable for individuals under the age of 18 (21 in some areas). All individuals accessing Sting Pictures or Hornnet Pictures sites represent to STG Pictures Ltd thet they are of a legal age in their country or area to access sexually explicit materials and that by doing so does not conflict with their local laws or standards.

2. The User understands that the Internet contains unedited materials - some of which may be sexually explicit and may be offensive to some persons. The User agrees that access to the Internet through Sting Pictures or Hornet Pictures is at the User's own risk. Sting Pictures & Hornet Pictures exerts no control over such materials and accepts no responsibility for the User's access to such materials.

3. The User understands and agrees that information transmitted through Sting Pictures & Hornet Pictures and through the Internet in general is not confidential. STG Pictures Ltd explicitly does not guarantee privacy or guarantee the protection of the User's privacy. STG Pictures Ltd explicitly reserves the right to monitor the User's transmissions and use of STG Pictures Ltd services when deemed necessary at STG Pictures Ltd sole discretion to provide proper service and/or to protect the User, other users, and/or the Company STG Pictures Ltd will refuse to disclose ANY information regarding the User unless otherwise required by order of a court of competent jurisdiction, a subpoena properly issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, or upon the advice of the Company's Legal Counsel.

4. Use of any information obtained through Sting Pictures or Hornet Pictures is at your own risk. Neither STG Pictures Ltd nor any of its licensers, employees or agents warrants that the service will be uninterrupted or error free; nor does STG Pictures Ltd or its licensers, employees or agents make any warranty as to the results to be obtained from use of the service. The service is provided on an ‘as is’ basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied including but not limited to warranties of title or warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use. STG Pictures Ltd, its employees, contractors, licensees, agents, and employees disclaim and disavow any and all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, and/or consequential damages which may arise from the access or use of the service, and from the User's inability to access or use the service, including without limitation, any failure of performance, error, omission. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of Sting Pictures or Hornet Pictures, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action.

5. The User hereby agrees and does so indemnify and hold harmless STG Pictures Ltd, its members, affiliates, directors, shareholders, managers, officers, agents, employees, and other users from any and all claims, damages, expenses (including legal fees) and liabilities that may result from any and all use of the User's account whether authorised or not authorised.

6. STG Pictures Ltd internet sites, referents and connections and all other services provided by STG Pictures Ltd to the user may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission and/or storage of any information, data, images, or other materials in violation of International law or local by-law is prohibited, including, without limitation, any information, data, images, or other materials protected by International law or other national copyright law, trade secrets, registered trademark and/or service mark, or material judged in a court of competent jurisdiction to be threatening or obscene. The User hereby agrees and does so indemnify and hold harmless STG Pictures Ltd, its members, affiliates, directors, shareholders, managers, officers, agents, employees, from any and all claims, damages, expenses (including legal fees) and liabilities that may result from the access and use of the service by the User which damages the User or another party.

7. The right to use Sting Pictures or Hornet Pictures sites is not transferable. Accounts are for your use only! The User is responsible for the confidentiality of the user's passwords. Loaning your account to others, connecting a system used by multiple persons, group use of user logins, and consuming more than one modem line are explicitly prohibited. If the user has multiple accounts, then the user is limited to one login session per system account at any time. Violation of these conditions of use will be considered theft of service and/or fraud. User violations shall be subject to prosecution.

8. STG Pictures Ltd services shall not be utilised to send unsolicited advertising or promotional materials to other network users. Electronic mai may be used in the conduct of legitimate businesses. If STG Pictures Ltd becomes aware of possible violations we will initiate an investigation and in order to prevent suspected unauthorised or illegal activity, STG Pictures Ltd reserves the right to unilaterally suspend a User's access (with or without notice) to the service. Confirmation of violations may result in cancellation of the individual account and/or prosecution. The account suspension may be rescinded at the discretion of STG Pictures Ltd following payment of a reconnection charge.

THE USE OF WEB-BOTS, SPIDERS, OR SIMILAR SOFTWARE TO AUTOMATICALLY DOWNLOAD FILES FROM THE MEMBERS AREA IS NOT ALLOWED. USERS WHO VIOLATE THIS POLICY WILL BE SUBJECT TO ACCOUNT TERMINATION.

9. Use of this account to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes, transfer or store illegal material including that deemed threatening or obscene, or engage in any kind of illegal activity is expressly prohibited. The User assumes all responsibility for knowledge and/or application of regulations and policies of any and all networks, systems, and services accessed through the User's Sting Pictures or Hornet Pictures service account.

10.PAYMENT TERMS: The User is responsible for any and all fixed and accumulative charges for this account. The first month's service fee (or other available billing period selected) is due upon account setup. Each 30 days the account will be charged the monthly access and any other fees for the new month plus any accumulated charges for the past month. Unused free hours do not accrue from one month to the next. Failure to use this account(s) does not relieve the user of payment obligations.

Credit Card customers agree to allow (billing agent), an authorised payment processor for STG Pictures Ltd and Sting Pictures or Hornet Pictures, to bill such credit card on each successive billing date without obtaining the user's permission after the initial charge. The charges will appear on the User's credit card statement as "(TBA)". Credit Card customers shall notify (Billing agent) and/or STG Pictures Ltd of any changes in Credit Card Number or expiration date. If the credit card is not honoured for any reason STG Pictures Ltd will not normally notify the User of such a declined authorisation. The User shall enquire by email at stgpictures@msn.com as to their account status should the User's login details no longer function. Re-establishment of the account may be subject to a reconnection fee. 

The User shall not send credit card details to STG Pictures Ltd by e-mail or any other publically intercerptable means, electronically or otherwise. All credit card transactions should be processed through (billing agent) directly via Sting Pictures or Hornet Pictures. STG Pictures Ltd cannot be held responsible for the security of, or the misuse of, credit card or other personal information.

The User should be aware that further terms and conditions required by (billing agent) may apply, and can be found at (billing agent customer service email) STG Pictures Ltd reserves the right to immediately terminate a User's account and service for any unpaid (in whole or part) subscriptions (with or without notice). Termination of service in no ways relieves or excuses the User from any obligation to pay outstanding charges or expenses. In the event STG Pictures Ltd institutes collection efforts of any type, the User shall be liable for all collection costs, including reasonable legal fees and expenses.

STG Pictures Ltd reserves the right to terminate a User's account and/or to cancel a User's service for any reason, with or without notice of any kind. In case of cancellation, unused fees will NOT be returned to the user and service may continue until the end of the subscription period, at the discretion of STG Pictures Ltd.

The user may notify STG Pictures Ltd by email at stgpictures@msn.com to cancel service. The User should note that cancellation of service should occur at least 72 hours prior to the re-billing date.

.11. These Terms and Conditions of Use and Service are subject to International law. In the event that any portion of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and all provisions of these Terms and Conditions which operate to protect the rights of STG Pictures Ltd shall continue in force even in the event of termination of these Terms and Conditions on other grounds. STG Pictures Ltd’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of these Terms and Conditions. By the use of a Sting Pictures or Hornet Pictures account the User accepts the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

CHAT ROOMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering or participating in the STING PREMIUM chat rooms you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide a high quality chat environment for our visitors, these terms are in place to prevent disruption and maintain a safe and friendly chat room service.





Never give your password or login name to anyone else or allow others to use your account. This will result in instant and permanent banning and blocking of your IP address, email, and membership to STING PREMIUM and all other STING PICTURES sites and services.





1. No spamming



Chat room spam includes any of the following:



1a. Advertising: Do not advertise or promote other web sites, books, products, media releases or services.





1b. Recruitment: Do not recruit site visitors in to joining other web sites, forums or groups, request participation in surveys, petitions, contests, protests, political campaigns, fund raisers or money making schemes.





1c. Room "flooding": Do not "flood" the chat room. Flooding involves disrupting the room for other participants by intentionally filling up the screen with text, emoticons, sounds or anything else which detracts from the ability of others to hold a conversation.





2. Chat content



Please read and understand the following before using the chat:



2a. Offensive material: Do not write comments containing crude sexual references, innuendo or that refer to or imply violence either in general or towards other chat users. Do not post links to material containing other websites media, gore, excessive violence, images of death or other overly graphic material. Any member found to be involved in these activities will be banned from all STING PICTURES sites and sevices.





2b. Illegal material: References to taking, buying, growing or selling drugs, the promotion or use of weapons, plans to or descriptions of participation in hacking, downloading pirated material or other criminal acts are strictly disallowed.





2c. Private content: Do not copy and paste the content of private messages, e-mails or the personal contact details of other members. This also applies to the contact details, e-mails etc. of non-members and to other offline correspondences. The content of private correspondences sent by site visitors or members of staff via private messenger or through e-mail are copyrighted to the sender and should not be reproduced, published or distributed outside of this web site through any means without prior written permission from the copyright holder.





2d. Language: As this is an English speaking site we ask that our members write only in English. Mobile phone shorthand, fictional languages and "leetspeak" are disallowed. We are not able to monitor other languages at present when we are able information will be provided.



2e. Medical advice: Do not use the chat room to request or give out medical advice, if you have any concerns over your health you should always seek the advice of your doctor.





2f. Preaching: Do not promote or push your beliefs on to others, we have visitors from all over the world of many different faiths and we ask that all beliefs be respected. Similarly, do not use the room to push an agenda or to 'educate' others on your own views or ideas, we ask that users be allowed to make up their own minds on what to or not to believe.





2g. Plagiarism: Do not copy and paste other people's material in to the chat room and pass it off as your own words, if you are quoting from an external source always specify where it originated.





3. Behaviour

Any of the following constitutes unacceptable behaviour:

3a. Racism or hatred: Do not write racist or hate-driven comments or views which express hatred towards or discriminate against any specific race, religion, country, gender, individual or group.





3b. Harassment: Do not harrass, defame, threaten, bully or victimise other members.





3c. Profanity: Do not use profanity, crude, vulgar language or attempt to intentionally bypass the profanity filter.





3d. Abusive behaviour: Do not be rude, insulting, offensive, snide, obnoxious or abusive towards other members. Do not make deliberately inflammatory comments or 'bait' other members in to making reciprocal attacks.





3e. Suggestive behaviour: In the main chat area do not write sexually suggestive comments, innuendo or engage in inapropriate sexually oriented personal exchanges or harassment; purely personal correspondences should always be kept private. First and foremost this site is intended for discussion on topical subjects, the services provided should not be used as a means with which to seek out or pursue intimate relationships; bringing up personal relationships, disputes or engaging in competitive, possessive, disruptive or inapropriate behaviour in that regard is disallowed. You should create your own room and title title it accordingly so users know what to expect if they were to enter.





3f. Chat room groups/gangs: The formation or promotion of organised groups, clans or gangs is disallowed, as are organised attempts to harrass other members, disrupt discussions or enforce a certain viewpoint in any way that prevents fair and unbiased discussion.





3g. Role-playing: Do not use the chat room to 'role-play' as a fictitious character or supernatural entity unless it is is a specific room you have created and named it appropriately.

4. Etiquette

In the interests of maintaining a friendly chat environment, please avoid the following:



4a. Use the correct room: Please use the appropriate room depending on what you want to talk about e.g. if you are looking to chat about non-paranormal related topics please use the off-topic room and not the topical room. If you use the incorrect room a chat moderator may ask you to move to a room to which that subject is better suited.





4b. Shouting: Do not write in all uppercase letters, writing in this manner is considered "shouting" and makes what you are saying difficult to read as well as looking unsightly and being annoying to other users.





4c. Spelling and grammar: Do not criticise other users on their spelling, grammar or punctuation.





5. Moderator action



The STING PREMIUM chat room is a privately owned service and as such we reserve the right to deny access to or take any action necessary against anyone whose behaviour we deem to be inappropriate, offensive or intentionally disruptive.



By using the chat room service you agree to the following:



5a. Compliance: You agree to co-operate with the requests of our site staff should you be asked to stop doing something that they deem to be disruptive, inappropriate or in violation of the terms of service.





5b. Protest: You agree not to attack, harrass, threaten or become abusive towards any member of staff. Members who become offensive or participate in harassing, threatening or retaliatory action against the site or a member of staff will be subject to further action. All our moderators are volunteers who give up their own free time to keep the site a safe and friendly place, please treat them with the respect that they deserve.





5c. Appeal: If you disagree with action taken against your account by a member of staff you can appeal the decision by contacting either the member of staff who took said action or an administrator privately via e-mail or through our private message system. Please do not use chat room to criticise or complain about moderator actions, to discuss member bans or to start a petition or protest against any action that has been taken.





5d. Access: If your access or posting rights have been revoked, do not register more accounts in order to circumvent this restriction or have another member post or deliver messages on your behalf. Accounts that we find belong to previously banned members will also be banned.
