Asian Incident

When student Chris Hammond took a holiday in South East Asia he had no idea of the events that were about to take place. After running out of money Chris readily agrees to work with a new found friend, Ton. This local boy has a plan to earn a fast buck but both lads end up in deep trouble when they are caught and charged with serious drug running offenses.

In Lai Tak youth reformatory Chris suddenly comes face to face with the remnants of colonial discipline after he is sentenced to time inside as well as strokes of the notorious rattan cane . Whilst in the reformatory he begins to meet other young guys both Western and Asian all who have stories to tell and concerns to share about the severe discipline that's about to be laid on.
