In this story, two young lads, William Simmons (James Lewis) and Henry Miller (Ryan Conway), have found themselves in front of the judge at the police courts and have both been sentenced to a very painful punishment on the birching table. Something they will now both learn to regret because of their abhorrent behavior and also to, due to their lack of remorse in front of the judge, they will both receive a heavy handed over the knee spanking to send the right message and correct their attitude and behavior.
