William Bell (Kyle Polanski) a recent arrival at the house of correction has already managed to find himself in detention for punishment for his unacceptable behavior. The Deputy Headmaster (Domonic) is in no mood for this scallywags petulant attitude and orders his britches down to go over the knees for a firm solid spanking with his feet off the floor.
