This time he's off to the doctors surgery for a check up, accompanied of course by his step mum Karen (Kathy Anderson) and step sister Nicola (Naomi Bennet) Unfortunately the doctor on call is Doctor De'Ath not the best of medical men to get seen by!

Its going to be another humiliating time for young Michael and the good Doctor believes in discipline as a method to cure young lads like this.
