Getting to the training area on time to catch the coach for an away game is essential, if the team is to be a winner. When one of the best players (Trevor Dunst) arrives late yet again the manager has had enough. These boys know his rules and if they want to stay in the club they have to accept his punishments!

The manager (Marco) keep a little swishy rattan cane ready and waiting for when his lads get out of line. Today it will be cutting through the air again producing that familiar sound of discipline to teach this young sports boy exactly how to behave. The team comes first and doesn't want to be at the bottom, which is just where the manager is going to start to make sure it's back on top again!
