In A State Agent

In this episode a young trainee estate agent (James Holt) is given the job of showing round a potential female client (Miss Steele) Not all goes to plan however as the lazy young agent has other ideas.

His lackadaisical approach soon begins to annoy Miss Steele as she is shown round the apartment. The lad really hasn't got much interest in the job at all apart from finally making an unwarranted suggestion towards the lady, in his mind to strike a good deal between them.

Miss Steele is furious that this whipper-snapper of a man should talk to her in such a way and decides to phone his boss! The hapless agent hasn't expected this and pleads with her not too. However now he will be at her beck and call and have to do exactly as she says otherwise she will call his boss. 'Strip off' she barks and so it begins!
